Starn (スタン, Sutan) is a Pair Friend in Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live. She can transform into a conductor's baton and a white guitar , both which Juné Amō can use to perform the Prism Live. While Starn resided in the human world, she chose Juné as her partner. After Juné's Prism Show battle with Rinne, Starn ran away from Juné and became Rinne's Pair Friend. Starn is the star part of Peacock.

Appearance

Like all the other Pair Friends, Starn takes on the shape of a penguin. It's eyes have white stars in them and long eyelashes. Starn is white with a light pink belly and a pale blue heart on it. It's beak is yellow and it's main feature is it's yellow star attached to it's head.
